目的通过对5项氧化损伤指标的检测,探讨氯乙烯(vinyl chloride monomer,VCM)对机体的氧化损伤作用及其影响因素。方法选择某公司VCM生产车间所有工人223人为接触组,其他单位行政办公人员149人为对照组,检测血清中乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)、总抗氧化能力(total antioxidant capacity,T-AOC)、羟脯氨酸(hydroxyproline,HYP)、总超氧化物歧化酶(total superoxide dismutase,T-SOD)及丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)等5项氧化损伤指标的含量。结果单因素分析发现,性别、年龄、吸烟、饮酒等因素对LDH、T-SOD的含量并无明显影响,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而接触VCM对LDH与T-SOD水平有明显影响(P<0.01),吸烟对HYP的水平产生影响(P<0.05),性别差异和接触VCM对MDA有影响(P<0.05)。多因素分析发现,LDH和MDA含量升高,而T-SOD含量降低。结论在目前的接触浓度下,VCM可使LDH、T-SOD和MDA等氧化损伤指标水平改变,而本次研究并未发现性别、吸烟、饮酒、年龄、工龄等因素对氧化损伤指标的影响。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the oxidative damage of vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) to the body and its influencing factors by detecting 5 indicators of oxidative damage. Methods A total of 223 workers in VCM workshop of a company were selected as the contact group and 149 in the other units as the control group. Serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC ), Hydroxyproline (HYP), total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) Results Univariate analysis showed that sex, age, smoking, drinking and other factors had no significant effect on the contents of LDH and T-SOD (P> 0.05), while the levels of LDH and T-SOD (P <0.01). Smoking had an impact on the level of HYP (P <0.05). Sex differences and VCM exposure affected MDA (P <0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that the content of LDH and MDA increased while the content of T-SOD decreased. Conclusions VCM can change the level of oxidative damage indexes such as LDH, T-SOD and MDA under the current contact concentration. However, the influence of sex, smoking, alcohol consumption, age, working age and other factors on the oxidative damage index is not found in this study.
