目的 :观察戊二醛消毒剂对内镜消毒的效果。方法 :采用安必洁多酶清洗液清洗 ,2 %碱性戊二醛消毒剂浸泡内镜 1 5min并检测其杀菌效果 ,与传统的NCX 1 2 -Ⅱ型自动超声雾化内镜消毒机和HJ 31型内镜自动洗消机清洗消毒法进行比较。结果 :2 %碱性戊二醛消毒剂消毒的内镜 ,其细菌、病毒的检出率均低于传统清洗消毒法 ,χ2 =31 0 .5 2 6 ,P <0 .0 0 1。结论 :用 2 %碱性戊二醛消毒液进行内镜消毒可降低交叉感染的机率 ,从而达到高标准的消毒要求
Objective: To observe the effect of glutaraldehyde disinfectant on endoscope disinfection. Methods: After washing with Ampicillin multi-enzyme cleaning solution, 2% alkaline glutaraldehyde disinfectant was immersed in endoscope for 15 min and its bactericidal effect was tested. Compared with the traditional NCX 1 2-Ⅱ automatic ultrasonic atomization endoscope disinfection machine and HJ 31 type endoscope automatic washing machine cleaning and disinfection method for comparison. Results: The detection rate of bacteria and virus in 2% alkaline glutaraldehyde disinfectant was lower than that of traditional cleaning and disinfection method (χ2 = 31.0.526, P <0.01). Conclusions: Endoscopic disinfection with a 2% alkaline glutaraldehyde disinfectant reduces the chances of cross infection and thus achieves a high standard of disinfection requirements
