目的:验证实验室环境温度变化对全自动加样器影响。方法:使用某检测项目临界值标准物质,通过仪器平行比对试验,验证环境温度变化对全自动加样器影响。结果:通过比对试验发现环境温度变化对全自动加样器加样量存在一定影响,特别是对微量加样影响较大。结论:实验室环境温度变化会使加样量不准确,产生系统误差,甚至造成弱阳性样本的漏检。
Objective: To verify the impact of laboratory temperature changes on fully automatic sample changers. Methods: By using the standard value of a certain test item, the effect of ambient temperature on the fully automatic sample changer was verified by parallel test of the instrument. Results: It was found through the comparison test that the change of ambient temperature had some influence on the loading volume of the automatic sampler, especially for the micro-sample addition. Conclusion: The change of laboratory ambient temperature will make the sample inaccurate, produce systematic errors, and even cause the underexposure of weak positive samples.
