经济体制转轨时期,企业面临着严峻的考验,适者生存,优胜劣汰。努力摆脱计划经济体制下形成的思维定式和发展模式,解放思想,更新观念,深化改革,建立起一整套适应市场经济要求的经营机制,是我们当前国有企业亟待解决的问题。我们今天刊发的三位老总的企业改革一席谈,目的就是为了给水利系统的广大企业提供一种方法,一种思路,以便相互借鉴和交流。
During the transition period of the economic system, enterprises are facing a severe test, survival of the fittest and survival of the fittest. Efforts to get rid of the thinking patterns and development patterns formed under the planned economic system, emancipating our minds, updating concepts, deepening reforms and establishing a set of operating mechanisms that meet the requirements of a market economy are issues that we must solve immediately for state-owned enterprises. The three CEOs that we published today discuss the issue of enterprise reform in order to provide a method and an idea for the vast number of enterprises in the water conservancy system so as to learn from each other and exchange ideas with each other.
