为解决“G”型钻具浮阀阀芯的阀盖与其阀座的端面密封在弹簧自动复位时始终存在着的渗漏现象,研制了新型“F”型钻具浮阀。新型“F”型钻具浮阀的阀芯,采用了密封箭锥面的金属密封形式,其密封性能较之“G”型钻具浮阀阀芯采用的端面密封有了显著的提高,特别是在静水压力试验时的密封性能,增加了密封件的寿命及安全性能。
