我今年40岁,1977年毕业于山东工学院,1979年调入山东临沂电业局,现任山东省电力局副局长、党委委员。由于党组织的严格要求和培养,我从一名学徒工逐步走上了领导岗位。1990年我局被评为省级优秀政工企业,连续6年保持省级文明单位称号;我也被评为全国电力系统优秀企业家、山东省劳动模范,受到江总书记的接见。回顺我的成长历程,我觉得,一个领导干部领导的企业能否振兴,自己能否随之进步,一个很重要的因素是,要敢于解放思想,开拓进取。党的十一届三中全会以来,我国经济体制先后经历了计划经济为主市场调节为辅、计划经济与市场调节相结合和社会主义市场经济几个阶段,新思想、新观念、新模式层出不穷。企业内部改革是否能深化,企业经营机制是否能转换,在于企业领导人能否积极稳妥地进行用工、分配、干部制度等项
I am 40 years old. I graduated from Shandong Institute of Technology in 1977 and transferred to Shandong Linyi Electric Power Bureau in 1979. Now I am the deputy director and party member of Shandong Provincial Electric Power Bureau. Due to the strict demands and training of the party organizations, I gradually took the leadership position from an apprentice. In 1990, our bureau was appraised as a provincial outstanding political and industrial enterprise and maintained the title of provincial civilized unit for 6 years in a row. I was also awarded as Excellent Entrepreneur of National Electric Power System and Model Worker of Shandong Province, and received by General Secretary Jiang. Returning to my growth course, I think it is a very important factor for enterprises under the leadership of a leading cadre to rejuvenate themselves and whether they can progress with them. They must dare to emancipate the mind and make progress. Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Party, China’s economic system has undergone several phases, supplemented mainly by market-based planned economy, integrated planned economy and market regulation and the socialist market economy, and new ideas, new concepts and new models have emerged one after another .
