Managers should consider the five concepts as an attitude, a way of thinking that broadens their horizons. Managers need a variety of different concepts: the concept of reflection, the concept of analysis, advanced concepts, the concept of cooperation, the concept of action. These five management concepts are five ways managers can explain and respond to the world around them. Each concept has its own main object, or goal. In terms of reflection, the main object is the ego, without which one can not have the insight. The cooperation makes the object go beyond the self and enters the network of the managers.
