盐酸左布诺洛尔滴眼液是一种非选择性β受体阻滞剂,用于降低眼压,美国已将其收入药典,国内已由武汉滨湖制药厂批量生产。现介绍如下: 1 药理作用 该药通过抑制房水生成而降低眼内压,局部用药以角膜、虹膜中浓度最高,30min达浓度峰值。用药后1h即能发挥降低眼内压作用,2h～5h下降到最大限度,滴眼1次效果可维持24h。作用特点:①其代谢物与原药有同样的药物效应,使半衰期明显延长;②降低眼内压的同时,增加眼底血流,对青光眼具有双重治疗作用;③含有人工泪液,减少干眼症的发生。
