在线质量分析仪表属于在线分析仪表中占有十分重要的地位,是其主要的分支之一。并且在线质量分析仪表在炼油装置当中获得了人们大量的应用。其普遍应用在生产燃料油还有润滑油炼油设备中,取得了较为理想的效果。本文主要对在线质量分析仪表对于炼油的作用以及重要意义进行了阐述,同时详细论述了在线质量分析仪表使用的原理以及结构。并且深入探讨了我国炼油在线质量分析仪表的实际情况,针对实际情况提出了相应的策略。
Online quality analyzer is one of the main branches in the online analytical instrument occupies a very important position. On-line mass analyzers have gained a large number of applications in refinery units. It is widely used in the production of fuel oil and lubricating oil refining equipment, and achieved a more satisfactory results. This paper mainly elaborates the function and significance of on-line mass analyzer for refinery, and discusses in detail the principle and structure of on-line mass analyzer. And in-depth discussion of the actual situation of our country refinery on-line quality analysis instrument, put forward the corresponding tactics according to the actual situation.
