本文根据作者实践,总结了齿轮类及圆环类锻件的通用胎模,可在模内挤出锥孔、台阶孔及凹槽等。文中介绍了用反挤法在空气锤上锻造薄壁长简类锻件的经验。最后介绍了杠杆式抬模工具。
Based on the author’s practice, this paper summarizes the universal die for gear and ring forgings, and can extrude conical holes, stepped holes and grooves in the die. The paper introduces the experience of forging thin-wall long forgings on air hammer by using anti-extrusion method. Finally introduced the lever lift tool.
