简述氟喹诺酮类的药物相互作用研究近况,1.氟喹诺酮类可降低茶减及咖啡因的清除率、升高血药浓度,2.抗酸药及含金属离子药物可减少氟喹诺酮类的吸收、降低生物利用度;3.与非甾体类抗炎药合用可抑制GABA的结合而引起中枢兴奋性反应;4.与华法令合用可延长凝血酶元时间;5.乳制品类可因与氟喹诺酮类形成络合物而减少药物吸收,降低生物利用度和血浓度。相互作用的结果是影响疗效或增加不良反应。因此,对此深入研究有利于指导新药开发和临床合理用药.
