齿轮泵的轮齿弯曲强度校核计算是齿轮泵设计工作的重要内容之一。笔者认为,直接搬用机械传动齿轮轮齿弯曲应力的计算方法来校核齿轮泵中的齿轮是欠妥的。原因是:(1)机械传动齿轮副只起传动作用,产生弯曲应力的载荷就是相互啮合轮齿间的接触力。但是,齿轮泵中的齿轮副,除了具有传动作用,还有使密封工作容积变化的泵油作用。所以,产生齿根弯曲应力的载荷,除了轮齿间相互啮合的接触力外,还有液体压力对轮齿的直接作用力。(2)对于机械传动齿轮来说,只要所传递的功率(或转
