财务管理现代企业经济管理的核心,作为企业经济管理的中心环节,其管理水平的高低直接关系到到企业的投资、筹资等方面的决策,影响到企业财务战略的选择,牵动着各利益相关者的切身利益,与企业的兴衰荣辱息息相关。近年来,随着现代企业制度的建立和市场经济的发展,财务管理在现代企业经济管理中越来越发挥着重要的作用。本文笔者结合自己工作实践经验,认真分析探讨了财务管理在当前企业经济管理中的重要性,并就如何完善企业财务管理提出了几点建议。
