作为供电公司的政工教育工作者,在强化员工思想政治教育的时候,一定要全面的认识自身的工作,了解所教员工的基本情况,并且对国家的大政方针有所认知。员工作为供电公司发展的人力资源,对其教育不仅仅要开展技术专业教育还是做好思想政治教育。思政工作对员工的发展至关重要,对员工的情感、价值观和世界观都有着直接的影响,对约束和规范员工的日常行为有着引导作用。本文中,笔者结合自身的工作实际探究了供电公司思政教育工作的相关问题,主要分析了一些优化思政教育的可行性方法,希望能对供电公司的思政教育发展起到一定的积极影响。
Political and educational workers as power supply companies must strengthen their understanding of ideological and political education of employees, understand their own work, understand the basic conditions of the staff they teach, and recognize the country’s major policies. Employees as the development of power supply company’s human resources, its education is not only to carry out technical education or ideological and political education. The ideological and political work is crucial to the development of the staff and has a direct impact on the staff’s emotions, values and world outlook, and plays a guiding role in restraining and regulating the daily behavior of the staff. In this article, the author explores the related issues of ideological and political education in power supply companies based on his own work, and analyzes some feasible ways to optimize ideological and political education. He hopes that this will have a positive impact on the development of ideological and political education in power supply companies .
