我国目前市场经济环境下,全国煤炭企业市场竞争日渐激烈。在这种情况下,企业集团采取集中销售模式有利有弊,虽然存在一些问题,但集中销售模式却是煤炭企业集团营销模式的必然发展。本文首先介绍企业集团基本概念及特点,总结集中销售的问题,并提出优化和改进煤炭企业集团集中销售机制的建议和措施。
Under the current market economy environment in our country, the competition in the national coal enterprises is fiercely intensified. Under such circumstances, there are advantages and disadvantages for enterprise groups to adopt the centralized sales model. Although there are some problems, centralized sales model is an inevitable development of the coal enterprise group marketing model. This paper first introduces the basic concepts and characteristics of enterprise groups, summarizes the problems of centralized sales and puts forward suggestions and measures to optimize and improve the centralized sales mechanism of coal enterprise groups.
