通过对几种成形工艺的比较分析,设计了冲孔—落料—弯曲级进模,介绍了模具结构和工作过程,并对主要模具零件的设计和制造作了简要说明。
Through comparative analysis of several forming processes, the punching-blanking-bending progressive dies are designed. The structure and work process of the die are introduced. The design and manufacture of the main die parts are also briefly described.
