检察机关下访巡访工作是指检察人员深入到本辖区内所在街道社区或乡镇村落,直接或协同有关部门接待群众来访,化解社会矛盾,开展法制宣传,提供法律咨询的一种工作机制。近年来,积极开展下访巡访工作的实践与探索,不仅为检察机关、尤其是控告申诉部门贯彻落实检察工作主题、维护社会稳定和服务民生建设拓展了工作平台,而且也为检察干部改进工作作风,密切检民关系,及时知晓民情和了解民意,从而更好地为民执法,共建和谐社会发挥了积极的推进作用。笔者以所在基层为视角,从司法实践的角度加以分析。 Procuratorial organs’ visits to the next visit refer to procuratorate personnel going deep into the neighborhoods or villages and towns villages within their own jurisdiction and directly or collaborating with relevant departments to receive visits from the masses, resolving social conflicts, carrying out legal publicity and providing legal advice. From the perspective of grassroots, the author analyzes it from the perspective of judicial practice.
