本文就房颤合并其它心律失常的69例病例进行了临床及心电图分析,讨论了房颤合并其它心律失常的诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗。1临床资料本组69例占同期住院房颤病人的22.55％,其中男性38例,女性31例,年龄27～82岁。房颤病因:风湿性心脏病41例,冠心病20例,肺心病4例,心肌病2例,高血压性心脏病1例,不明原因者1例。合并心律失常的种类及心电图特点:
In this paper, atrial fibrillation combined with other arrhythmias in 69 cases were analyzed by clinical and ECG analysis of atrial fibrillation combined with other arrhythmia diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment. 1 Clinical data 69 cases of this group accounted for 22.55% of hospitalized patients with atrial fibrillation over the same period, of which 38 were males and 31 females, aged 27 to 82 years. Atrial fibrillation causes: 41 cases of rheumatic heart disease, coronary heart disease in 20 cases, 4 cases of cor pulmonale, cardiomyopathy in 2 cases, hypertensive heart disease in 1 case, unknown reason in 1 case.
