[目的]探讨甘草酸二铵对大鼠体内卡马西平(CBZ)及其代谢产物10,11-环氧卡马西平(ECBZ)药物代谢动力学的影响.[方法]将SD雄性大鼠随机分为生理盐水(NS)对照组、甘草酸二铵中、高剂量组,各组分别腹腔注射给予NS、甘草酸二铵50,100mg/kg,每日1次,连续7d,于第8d腹腔注射给予NS、甘草酸二铵1h后,灌胃给予CBZ 50mg/kg.采用HPLC分析方法测定大鼠血浆中CBZ及ECBZ的含量,并利用WinNolin 5.2药物代谢动力学软件计算药物代谢动力学参数.[结果]与NS对照组比较,甘草酸二铵中、高剂量组CBZ与ECBZ的t1/2,CL/F,AUC0~12和Cmax等药物代谢动力学参数差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).[结论]在大鼠体内甘草酸二铵不影响CBZ的药物代谢动力学过程.
