In this paper an algorithm of complete decoding procedure for the Goppa codes with generaterpolynomial G(z)=z~2+z+β and parameters(2~m,2~m-2m,5)is shown.The algorithm requires at most mtimes calculating inner product of vectors over GF(2)and finding roots of quadratic equation in GF(2~m).Form≤12,the algorithm has been realized.
In this paper an algorithm of complete decoding procedure for the Goppa codes with generater polynomial G (z) = z ~ 2 + z + β and parameters (2 ~ m, 2 ~ m-2m, 5) mtimes calculating inner product of vectors over GF (2) and finding roots of quadratic equation in GF (2 ~ m) .Fororm = 12, the algorithm has been realized.
