[目的]分析4例甲型H1N1流感危重症患者的临床特征,观察血液净化联合内科治疗在甲型H1N1流感危重症患者中的临床疗效,为临床救治积累经验。[方法]对我院收治的4例经血液净化治疗的甲型H1N1流感危重型病例进行分析。[结果]所有患者均有发热、咳嗽等流感样症状,均有基础疾病,并在3~6d内出现多脏器功能衰竭;经血液净化治疗联合抗病毒、抗菌、支持等内科治疗,2例好转,2例死亡。[结论]危重症甲型H1N1流感患者病情进展迅速,血液净化联合内科治疗有利于改善肝肾功及纠正电解质紊乱,副作用少,血液净化治疗在危重症发生的早期应用可提高其抢救成功率。
[Objective] To analyze the clinical features of 4 critically ill patients with influenza A (H1N1), and to observe the clinical curative effect of blood purification combined with medical treatment in patients with critical illness of Influenza A (H1N1) and to gain experience for clinical treatment. [Method] 4 cases of type A H1N1 influenza in our hospital treated by blood purification were analyzed. [Results] All patients had fever-like, cough and other flu-like symptoms, all had underlying diseases, and multiple organ failure occurred within 3 to 6 days. After blood purification treatment combined with antiviral, antibacterial and supportive medical treatment, 2 patients Improved, 2 deaths. [Conclusion] Severe A / H1N1 influenza patients progress rapidly, blood purification combined with medical treatment is conducive to improving liver and kidney function and correct electrolyte disorders, fewer side effects, blood purification treatment in the early application of critical illness can improve the success rate of its rescue.
