2007年10月21日上午,在北京人民大会堂,代表7300多万党员的2200多名党的十七大代表和特邀代表,以无记名投票方式,选举出由371人组成的中国共产党第十七届中央委员会和127人组成的中共中央纪律检查委员会。次日,中国共产党第十七届中央委员会第一次全体会议召开,全会选举了中央政治局委员、中央政治局常务委员会委员、中央委员会总书记;根据中央政治局常务委员会的提名,通过了中央书记处成员;决定了中央军事委员会组成人员;批准了中央纪律检查委员会第一次全体会议选举产生的书记、副书记和常务委员会委员人选。至此,新一届党中央领导机构全部产生。
On the morning of October 21, 2007, at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with more than 2,200 members representing more than 73 million members and specially invited representatives voted by secret ballot as the tenth Seventh Central Committee and 127 members of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. The next day, the first plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee was held. The plenary session elected members of the Politburo, members of the Standing Committee of the Central Political Bureau, and general secretary of the Central Committee. According to the nomination of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Member of the secretariat; decided to form a member of the Central Military Commission; approved the clerk, deputy secretary and members of the Standing Committee elected at the first plenary meeting of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. At this point, the new leadership of the Party Central Committee have all been produced.
