在日常生活中,有些人非到口渴时才找水喝,这是不好的。重视饮水,给体内补水分,是一条长寿之道。宋代诗人陆游,晚年在与一位高僧叙谈养生之道时曾写下了这样两句诗:“金丹九转太多事,服水自可追飞仙”。含蓄地道出了饮水有延年益寿的作用。水在人体的体重中要占65%左右,如果身体失水占体重的2%时就会口渴,失水20%就会死亡。所以说,水是人体里极为重要的一种成分。

Water accounts for about 65% of human body weight, and thirsts if it is 2% of body weight and 20% loss of water. So water is an extremely important ingredient in the human body.
