自1979～1982年,两院共收治雪上一枝蒿(以下简称一枝蒿)中毒4例,其中1例死亡并作了尸检,报告如下。 例1 男,50岁。因腰痛自服一枝蒿兰药魔酒约30ml,半小时后口麻,口齿不清,胸闷心悸,呕吐二次。体查:急性病容,四肢冷,脉细弱,血压80/60,瞳孔等大,对光反射正常。心率80次,心律不齐;双肺清晰;肝脾未及。心电图示频发、多源室性早搏。CO_2Cp、血、尿常规正常。即予洗胃,静脉注射利多卡因100mg、阿托品2mg;30分
