诚信则兴失信则衰诚,是指真诚不伪,真实不欺。信,是指严守信用,实践成约。从一般意义上说,诚信就是诚实不欺,恪守信用。推而广之,诚信要求心想、言语、身心一致,即言为心声,言行相符。诚信包括要遵纪守法、有道德和仁义,要以真心付出真诚,要有责任心,要诚实并诚恳,要讲信用,要忠诚。诚信还内含着实事求是的精神。人无诚信不立,家无诚信不和,企业无诚信不稳。
