教育与实践的脱节,导致现在社会上出现了一种矛盾的现象——应届毕业生“求职难”与用工企业“用工荒”。很多企业在招聘财务管理人员时都希望应聘人员能够有相应的工作经验或者能够将所学的理论运用到实际操作中,这就促使教师要在财务管理课程的教学中合理运用案例教学法,从而提高学生的实际操作能力。探讨实践教学法应用于财务管理课程中的核心因素构架和实践,并指出案例教学法应用于财务管理课程中的应然性和必然性。
