深水轻型隔水管发展概述

用于钻井船和半潜式平台的隔水管是深水钻井作业中最关键的组成部分,而轻型隔水管由于采用轻型材料制造,与常规隔水管相比更容易搬运,要求的浮力装置更少,更能适应深水环境,保证钻机的深水工作能力,成为未来隔水管的发展方向。具有较强的海洋钻井隔水管开发能力的国家为数不多,生产供应商主要集中在美国、挪威、法国、俄罗斯等国家。近年来,国内相关机构也逐渐加大了对隔水管系统的研发和制造力度,但目前还没有生产厂家能够提供整套满足海洋生产条件下的隔水管处理系统。随着我国南海石油勘探的不断扩大,应加快国产隔水管研发的速度,尤其是轻型隔水管技术的研制,尽早摆脱国外垄断。除了加大科研攻关力度外,还应逐渐形成系统开发。建议国产化隔水管向小直径、长系列、快装式方向发展,以实现高效能、智能化深水钻井技术的持续开发。 The risers used in drilling vessels and semi-submersible platforms are the most critical components of deepwater drilling operations. Lightweight risers, which are made of lightweight materials, are easier to handle than conventional risers and require less buoyancy devices, More able to adapt to the deep water environment, to ensure that deep-water drilling rig capacity to become the future direction of the riser. There are a few countries with strong capability of developing offshore drilling risers. Production suppliers are mainly concentrated in the United States, Norway, France, Russia and other countries. In recent years, the relevant agencies in China have gradually stepped up research and development and manufacture of riser systems. However, no manufacturer has yet been able to provide a complete set of riser management systems to meet the needs of marine production. As China’s South China Sea oil exploration continues to expand, should speed up the research and development of domestic riser speed, especially the lightweight riser technology, as soon as possible to get rid of foreign monopoly. In addition to increasing scientific research efforts, it should also gradually form a system development. It is suggested that domestic-made risers should be developed in the direction of small diameter, long series and quick-attach to realize the continuous development of high performance and intelligent deepwater drilling technology.
