针对电动汽车换电站具有的多元效益如何处理的问题,提出将风电场与电动汽车换电站间合作,以联合系统形式(独立的企业经营者)参与电网运行,在电网电价给定的基础上,给出弃风电量、未被满足换电量和利润等3个多元效益指标。由于风电和换电需求的不确定性,为有效考虑企业经营者对不同指标的重视程度和风险承受水平,建立了多目标的相关机会目标规划模型,通过蒙特卡罗模拟与遗传算法结合的方式对该模型进行求解。最后通过算例仿真对模型的有效性进行了验证,分析结果表明,风电场和电动汽车换电站构成的联合系统能够发挥换电站的多元效益,实现两者的效能互补。
Aiming at the problem of how to deal with the multiple benefits of EV substation, this paper proposes that the cooperation between wind farms and EV substation be taken as a joint system (independent business operators) to participate in power grid operation.
