在施工企业管理中,人力资源管理在其中起到越来越重要的作用。随着我国建筑行业的快速发展和竞争日益激烈的市场经济,施工企业面临着巨大的机遇,同时也面临着巨大的挑战。施工企业是否具有竞争力,归根到底是人才的竞争。本文首先分析了施工企业人力资源管理的重要性,其次,从从调动员工积极性着手,健全企业激励机制;创新培训方式方法,提高培训的针对性和实效性;推进制度改革,创新员工工作机制等方面就如何加强施工企业人力资源管理进行了深入的探讨,具有一定的参考价值。
In the construction enterprise management, human resource management plays an increasingly important role in it. With the rapid development of China’s construction industry and the increasingly fierce market economy, construction enterprises are facing great opportunities as well as huge challenges. Whether construction enterprises are competitive, in the final analysis, is the competition of talents. This paper first analyzes the importance of human resource management in construction enterprises, and secondly, starting from mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees, improving the incentive mechanism of enterprises, innovating the methods of training and improving the pertinence and effectiveness of training, promoting system reform and innovating the working mechanism of employees. In terms of how to strengthen the human resources management of construction enterprises conducted in-depth discussion, with some reference value.
