中国科普作家协会科普翻译委员会于1991年3月在北京举行了第三届委员会第一次会议。会议回顾了委员会成立10年来的历程,制订了新的工作规划,力争完成几件实事:举办一次中学生科普英语竞赛;与全国翻译工作者协会合作举办一次科普翻译学术讨论会; The Popular Science Translation Committee of China Popular Science Writers Association held the first meeting of the third committee in Beijing in March 1991. The meeting reviewed the history of the Commission over the past 10 years and formulated a new work plan to strive to accomplish a few things: holding a popular science English contest for secondary school students; organizing a popular science translation symposium in cooperation with the National Association of Translators and Workers;
