自从国家档案局在1955年11月原大区档案整理工作会议上,提出整理积存档案要划分粗线条的要求以来,我们已经照作了将近半年。最初我们划分为长期、暂时、剔除三类,后来又增加永久一类。为了互相学习并交流经验,将我们的初步体会谈谈和大家共同研究。我们在刚开始时,多数同志由於受过去“片纸只字不得销毁”的影响,把长期保存的文件的范围扩大了,其比重占整个档案70%左右。经过半年来的实际工作,我们认为考虑文件材料的价值时,应注意以下几方面。
Since the State Archives Bureau put forward the requirement of sorting out the thick lines from the original archives of the large area in November 1955, we have taken a photograph for nearly six months. Initially, we divided into long-term, temporary, excluding three categories, and later added a permanent category. In order to learn from each other and exchange experiences, we will talk about our initial experience and study together. At the very beginning, most of our comrades expanded the scope of the long-term preservation of documents due to the influence of the past that “the piece of paper can not be destroyed,” accounting for about 70% of the entire file. After six months of practical work, we think the following aspects should be taken into consideration when considering the value of documents and materials.
