由于大气污染的加重,为适应各国越加严格的汽车排放标准各种汽车电控发动机相继问世。电控发动机结构复杂除了传动机械部分外还有一套电子控制系统,是机电一体化的产品。其控制系统由传感器、执行器和电子控制单元三部分组成。控制系统工作时控制精准、灵敏。但一旦发生故障,则症状的界限模糊诊断困难。其中发动机怠速不稳是最常见的故障。怠速不稳的故障原因多而复杂,故障诊断和排除的难度大。本文主要介绍上海大众汽车公司生产的帕萨特B5(1.8L)发动机怠速控制机构及怠速不稳故障的产生原因与分析以供汽车维修人员参考。
