本文以鄂伦春语舌根后缩（ＲＴＲ）元音和谐的基本事实为依据，提出了以语音机制之间相互关系为基础的标记类特征同现制约条件，并以这个制约条件和忠实类制约条件之间的交互关系解释ＲＴＲ和谐系统中性元音的可透性。
Based on the basic facts of vowel harmonization of tongue root retraction (RTR) in Oroqen language, this paper puts forward the conditions for the co-occurrence of tag class features based on the interrelationship between phonetic mechanisms. By using this restriction condition and the loyalty constraint condition The interrelationship between RTR harmonic systems explains the permeability of neutral vowels.
