近日,中商情报网整理了2017年1月31个省会城市(含4个直辖市)的住宅房价排行情况。数据显示,在31个省会城市中,19城房价环比微幅上涨,12城下跌。其中,天津、武汉、上海等城市房价环比出现下滑。天津房价环比跌近10%,其次是南昌,房价环比跌7.2%。全国各省会城市房价将继续稳中微涨。从平均房价来看:北京房价依然居首,每平方米为58128元。银川居末,均价为4916元/平方米,房价在“4宇头”。
Recently, China Business Intelligence Network compiled the rankings of residential property prices in 31 provincial capitals (including 4 municipalities) in January 2017. Data show that in 31 provincial capitals, the prices of 19 cities rose slightly, 12 cities fell. Among them, Tianjin, Wuhan, Shanghai and other cities than the chain prices decline. Tianjin house prices fell nearly 10%, followed by Nanchang, home prices fell 7.2%. Housing prices across the country will continue to rise steadily.
