水利工程建设是关系到我国大力开展民生工程的重要项目,是与城市现代化同样重要的社会主义建设的主要内容。水利工程关系到人民的安居乐业,关系到农村的经济发展,我国“三农”问题的解决。所以,必须加强我国水利工程管理,保证水利工程正常实施,在水利工程施工管理过程中完善管理制度,深化体制改革,切实做好工程管理的各项工作。
Water conservancy project construction is an important project that is related to vigorously carrying out livelihood projects in our country and is the main content of socialist construction that is as important as urban modernization. Water conservancy projects are related to people’s live and work in peace and contentment, they are related to the economic development in rural areas and the solution to the issue of “three rural issues” in our country. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the management of water conservancy projects in our country, ensure the normal implementation of water conservancy projects, improve the management system in the process of construction management of water conservancy projects, deepen the system reform and do a good job in all aspects of project management.
