目的:探讨预防PICC导管相关感染的护理管理措施,降低感染发生率,保证患者安全。方法:回顾调查2015年11月~2016年10月医院发生PICC导管相关感染的46例肿瘤患者资料,分析PICC导管相关感染因素,采取相应的护理管理。结果:导管相关感染与患者出汗多、免疫力低下、导管维护不当及依从性差密切相关。结论:提高患者的免疫力,加强导管的维护和健康教育,做好PICC置管随访,采取积极有效的治疗及护理措施,能降低导管相关感染的发生率。
Objective: To explore nursing management measures to prevent PICC catheter-related infection, to reduce the incidence of infection and ensure the safety of patients. Methods: The data of 46 cancer patients with PICC catheter-related infection in hospital from November 2015 to October 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Factors related to PICC catheter infection were analyzed and corresponding nursing management was taken. Results: Catheter-related infections were associated with poor perspiration, poor immunity, improper catheter maintenance and poor adherence. Conclusion: To improve the immunity of patients, to strengthen the catheter maintenance and health education, do PICC catheter follow-up, take active and effective treatment and nursing measures, can reduce the incidence of catheter-related infections.
