了解长期接触低剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员健康状况的影响,为进一步完善放射防护措施提供参考。选取淮安市2014年度从事放射诊断、介入治疗、工业探伤的627名放射工作人员作为暴露组;305名非放射工作人员作为对照组,整理其职业健康监护资料并对各项体格检查和实验室检查结果进行分析。结果显示,暴露组外周血白细胞计数异常率、淋巴细胞细胞微核率、晶状体混浊率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。提示,长期小剂量电离辐射可以损害放射工作人员健康,应加强敏感指标监测和放射防护。
To understand the impact of long-term exposure to low doses of ionizing radiation on health status of radiation workers, to provide a reference for further improvement of radiation protection measures. We selected 627 radiation workers engaged in radiological diagnosis, interventional treatment and industrial testing in Huaian city as the exposure group in 2014. 305 non-radiation workers as the control group, sorted out their occupational health monitoring data and conducted physical examination and laboratory examination Results were analyzed. The results showed that the peripheral blood leukocyte count abnormality rate, lymphocyte micronucleus rate and lens opacification rate in the exposed group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Tip, long-term low-dose ionizing radiation can damage the health of radiation workers should strengthen the monitoring of sensitive indicators and radiological protection.
