对湖南怀化梅子湾水厂过滤系统进行了技术改造,采用反向过滤气水冲洗滤池技术和闭池反冲洗、翻板阀排水方式,解决了出水量达不到设计要求、水质无法满足新标准,以及初滤水水质差等问题。改造后的滤池过滤速度大大提高,日产水量增加了200%,在进水浊度<5 NTU的情况下,出水浊度<0.5 NTU,出水合格率>95%,冲洗效果好且冲洗水耗由日产水量的10%降为1.2%。
