阻抗心动图可以无创地测量心输出量等心功能参数,越来越广泛地用于临床和科研。但由于环状电极的限制,不能用于颈、腹和胸部手术中测量。本文介绍一种新的电极放置方法,即把胸部环状电极改为片状电极放于背部,可以满足胸、腹手术中用阻抗法测量心输出量的要求。通过18例病人测量,片状电极法和环状电极法测算心输出量的相关系数为0.94时,两法所测dz/dt|max的相关系数也为0.94。
Impedance cardiogram can be noninvasively measured cardiac output and other cardiac function parameters, more and more widely used in clinical and research. However, due to the limitations of the ring electrode, can not be used for neck, abdomen and chest surgery measurements. This article describes a new electrode placement method, that is, the chest ring electrode replaced by sheet electrodes placed on the back, to meet the thoracic and abdominal surgery using impedance method to measure cardiac output requirements. The correlation coefficient of dz / dt | max measured by the two methods was also 0.94 when measured by eighteen patients, the correlation between the patchy electrode method and the ring electrode method was 0.94.
