原南汇区在镇村卫生机构一体化管理方面已探索13年,在行政管理体制、乡村医生收入保障机制、乡村医生培养以及社区卫生服务模式等方面都进行了大胆尝试。文章对当地的做法及成效进行了介绍,指出新时期要合理利用医疗资源,充分发挥乡村医生在卫生保健网络中的基础作用,全面推广社区卫生服务,必须实行和完善镇村卫生机构一体化管理。并就乡村医生“身份”的解决问题、待遇保障问题及培养问题展开了思考。
