在对液体粘性传动机理深入分析的基础上,本文推导了考虑惯性力影响的摩擦片间油膜流场压力分布的基本方程,给出了采用Matlab依据该压力分布方程对油膜压力场进行有限元分析的方法,并结合算例进行分析,计算结果表明了推导及求解过程的正确性。
Based on the in-depth analysis of the viscous liquid transmission mechanism, the basic equations of the pressure distribution in the flow field between the friction plates considering the influence of the inertia force are deduced. The Matlab based on the pressure distribution equation is used to analyze the pressure field of the oil film. The method is combined with an example to analyze the results. The calculation results show the correctness of the derivation and solving process.
