测定耳鸣的音调与响度可以帮助诊断,检定疗效。近年来虽发展了耳鸣听力计、研究用听力计等高级仪器,但测试法很不一致。本文介绍常用的耳鸣测试法供临床开展此项工作时参考。【发展史】Josephson(1931)首先测试耳鸣的音调,发现用与耳鸣同样频率的声音可以掩蔽病耳的耳鸣,把声强调节到接近耳鸣响度时,就是所欲测定的耳鸣声强。此法至今仍在应用。前此Wegel(1928)测试其本人的耳鸣时,耳鸣的“拍节声”不仅出现于测试音的基频,同样也可出现于测试音的分谐波(subharmonics)频率。Fowler(1938)建议采用双耳响度平衡
Measuring tinnitus tone and loudness can help diagnose, test efficacy. Although the development of tinnitus audiometer in recent years, the study of high-level instruments such as audiometer, but the test is very inconsistent. This article describes the commonly used tinnitus test for clinical reference to carry out this work. [History] Josephson (1931) first tested the tinnitus tone and found that tinnitus can be masked with the same frequency of tinnitus, adjusting the sound intensity close to the tinnitus loudness as the tinnitus sound to be measured. This method is still in use today. Before Wegel (1928) tested his own tinnitus, tinnitus “rhythm” appeared not only at the fundamental frequency of the test tone but also at the subharmonics frequency of the test tone. Fowler (1938) recommends balanced loudness in both ears
