从信任关系的角度出发,用实证方法研究社群媒体使用与项目利益相关者满意度之间的关系,以及信任关系对二者关系的影响。社群媒体类型选择了E-mail和即时通信工具,分别从媒体沟通氛围和互动性两个维度测量,满意度则从过程满意度和结果满意度两个维度测量。实证研究表明,社群媒体使用的两个维度均对满意度的两个维度有显著的正向影响,而信任关系的调节作用,则存在着性别差异,对于男性项目利益相关者,信任关系在即时通信工具的沟通氛围与过程满意度、结果满意度关系中起负向调节作用;对于女性项目利益相关者而言,信任关系在E-mail沟通氛围与过程满意度、结果满意度关系中均起正向调节作用,在E-mail互动性与结果满意度关系中起正向调节作用。
From the perspective of trust relations, we use empirical methods to study the relationship between the use of social media and the satisfaction of project stakeholders, as well as the impact of trust on their relationship. The type of social media selected E-mail and instant messaging tools, measured respectively from two dimensions of media communication atmosphere and interactivity. Satisfaction was measured from the two aspects of process satisfaction and result satisfaction. Empirical studies have shown that both dimensions of social media use have a significant positive impact on the two dimensions of satisfaction, while the regulatory role of trust relationship has gender differences.
