选用当今世界较具代表性的小麦生长模型 CERES- WHEAT,采用计算机模拟试验方法 ,研究探索了小麦遗传性状的生理效应及产量改良潜力。结果表明 ,该模型基本符合沪、宁两地的小麦生产实际 ,具有较好的预测性和适用性。通过确定沪、宁两地小麦品种各遗传性状的适宜值范围 ,提出了培育适应长江下游地区小麦高产品种的目标性状指标。改良基因型可望比现有品种增产 30 %以上。获得的适合长江下游地区小麦遗传系数的适宜值 ,为该地区小麦品种的选育提出了有效路线 ,同时也为高产栽培策略的研究提供了参考依据
Selection of the world’s most representative wheat growth model CERES-WHEAT, using computer simulation test methods to explore the physiological effects of wheat genetic traits and yield improvement potential. The results show that the model is basically in line with the actual production of wheat in Shanghai and Ningxia, and has good predictability and applicability. By determining the suitable range of the genetic traits of wheat varieties in Shanghai and Ningxia, the target traits for breeding high-yielding wheat varieties in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River were proposed. The improved genotypes are expected to increase yield by more than 30% compared with the existing varieties. The suitable value of the genetic coefficient of wheat suitable for the lower reaches of the Yangtze River provides an effective route for the breeding of the wheat varieties in the area and also provides a reference for the research of the high yield cultivation strategy
