Some studies have shown that stroke ward treatment can reduce mortality, simplify procedures and improve functional outcome. The authors randomized trials to confirm the mainstream practice value of stroke wards. A three-year-long study entitled “In-Hospital Designated Ward for Stroke and Stroke Medical Treatment, Rehabilitation Services and Skilled Professional Nursing”. A total of 360 patients admitted to the stroke ward after their acute phase were treated in the medical ward were selected as the study subjects to provide the patients with the best measures of completeness, purposefulness and various trainings.
