IL-8由外周血淋巴细胞、单核细胞及肾脏系膜细胞、内皮细胞及小管细胞等产生。小儿原发性单纯型肾病综合征(NS)的发病可能与T淋巴细胞功能异常及某些因子对肾小球基底膜(GBM)通透性影响有关。本文对15例小儿NS血清IL-8进行了检测,以期了解IL-8与NS发病的可能联系。
IL-8 is produced by peripheral blood lymphocytes, monocytes and mesangial cells, endothelial cells and tubule cells. The pathogenesis of idiopathic nephrotic syndrome (NS) in children may be related to the abnormal function of T lymphocytes and the influence of some factors on the permeability of glomerular basement membrane (GBM). In this paper, 15 cases of pediatric NS serum IL-8 were detected in order to understand the possible link between IL-8 and NS pathogenesis.
