在实验和理论分析的基础上,讨论了集成霍尔元件在铜丝绳缺陷电磁无损检测中的应用特点,探讨了提高检测精度的技术措施,提出了与之相适应的信号预处理电路。据此研制出的钢丝绳缺陷电磁无损检测仪,对钢丝绳外部断丝的定量判别达到很高的精度。同时能对磨损、锈蚀等缺陷进行定性识别。该检测仪适应性强,携带方便,对其推广应用,具有十分重要的意义。
Based on the experimental and theoretical analysis, the application characteristics of the integrated Hall element in the electromagnetic nondestructive testing of copper wire rope defects are discussed. The technical measures to improve the testing accuracy are discussed, and the corresponding signal preprocessing circuit is proposed. Based on this, a wire rope defect electromagnetic non-destructive testing instrument was developed to achieve high accuracy in the quantitative judgment of the wire rope external broken wire. At the same time can wear, rust and other defects for qualitative identification. The detector adaptability, easy to carry, its promotion and application, has very important significance.
