目的 :研究白细胞介素 6 (Interleukin - 6 ,IL - 6 )在增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变 (ProliferativeVitreo retinopathy ,PVR)玻璃体中的表达水平 ,分析IL - 6在PVR中的作用。 方法 :对 37例增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变及 1 2例正常对照玻璃体IL - 6采用双抗夹心法 (ELISA)进行定量测定。结果 :37例PVR玻璃体IL - 6水平为 2 6 4 .87± 1 36 .41 pg/ml,其中 2 2例网脱PVR玻璃体IL - 6水平为 2 6 1 .42± 1 31 .2 7pg/ml,外伤性PVR玻璃体IL - 6水平为 2 97.97±1 41 .5 3pg/ml。正常对照玻璃体IL - 6水平为 35 .6 9± 2 0 .6 4 pg/ml。PVR玻璃体IL - 6水平显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。IL - 6水平在PVRC、D级最高。结论 :IL - 6在PVR中呈上行性表达 ,参与PVR的发生发展。IL - 6主要在PVR中晚期发挥作用
Objective: To investigate the expression of Interleukin - 6 (IL - 6) in the vitreous of proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) and to analyze the role of IL - 6 in PVR. Methods: 37 cases of proliferative vitreoretinopathy and 12 cases of normal control vitreous IL - 6 were determined by double antibody sandwich enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: The level of IL - 6 in PVR vitreous in 37 cases was 26.487 ± 1.36 pg / ml, in which the level of IL - 6 in 2 cases with PVR vitreous was 2 6 1 .42 ± 1 31. 27pg / ml, and the traumatic PVR vitreous IL - 6 level was 2 97.97 ± 1 41 .5 3 pg / ml. Normal control vitreous IL - 6 levels were 35.69 ± 2.06.4 pg / ml. The PVR vitreous body IL - 6 level was significantly higher than that of the normal control group (P <0.01). IL - 6 level in PVRC, D - level highest. Conclusion: IL - 6 is up - regulated in PVR and is involved in the development of PVR. IL - 6 mainly in the late stage of PVR play a role
