玉米是我国北方尤其是东北地区的主要粮食作物。用玉米粒制种具有原料来源方便、成本低、营养丰富、菌丝粗壮及菌种萌发力强等优点(特别是制平菇菌种),很适合在玉米产区推广。现将制法介绍如下。
Corn is the main food crop in northern China, especially in the northeast. It is very suitable to popularize corn producing areas because it has the advantages of convenient source of raw materials, low cost, abundant nutrition, thick mycelium and strong germination ability of the bacteria (especially for mushroom production). The method is introduced below.
