湖南省老干部活动中心千秋堂工程共二层。其中二层中部为500座位的礼堂,跨度21m,柱距5.4m,总长31.5m。屋面梁共5榀,跨中截面高1.8m,两端1.5m,采用400号混凝土,受拉区配置3束24φ_5~s无粘结预应力高强钢丝束及6(?)22有粘结非预应力Ⅱ级钢筋,受压区配置8φ12有粘结Ⅰ级钢筋。实践表明,无粘结部分预应力混凝土施工具有工艺简便和不留管道、不用糟浆的特点,
The Qiantangtang Project of the Hunan Provincial Veteran Affairs Center has a total of two floors.
